Sales Force Application
The project's goal was to switch from Bizom to a Sales Force Application owned by the business. Through the use of route optimizations and intelligent beat plans, the application assists sales executives in their work and lessens their workload.
01
System Map & Team Meeting
The facilities in the system are nonlinearly interconnected with material, information and money flow. This map identifies various key components of the system and explains their inter-relationships.
The same was explained to the rest of the team in order to convey how the Sales Application must be designed.

02
User Interviews
Shadowing sales executives from 8 am to 5 pm to learn about their everyday activities and problems.

03
Re-Design & Journey Map
Keeping the needs of the sales executives in mind I worked together with the tech team to develop a rough version of the app screens, which needed to be redesigned for the sales executives to have a better user experience.

04
Storyboard & User Persona
We mapped the sales executive's journey during a beat by visually understanding it through storyboarding.

05
Bizom - Competitor Analysis
I had to stick to the heuristic principles when designing the app because the sales executives were already using Bizom.
I also spoke with the sales executives to learn more about the benefits and drawbacks of the Bizom app.

06
Wireframes

After meetings with the management and tech team, I continued to create paper wireframes and made adjustments.
I began designing the screens on Adobe XD once the screens were finished.

07
Final Screens & User Guide
The final screens were made and approved. A user guide was made for the sales executives to use before the release.
